Three dedicated volunteers

Three dedicated volunteers who have raised more than £1000,000 and purchased numerous items for Wythenshawe Hospital’s New Heart, New Start appeal have finally decided to retire.

Sylvia Carter, Marie Wells and Mary Heddell collected bric-a-brac and other “unwanted” items to sell in the hospital’s charity kiosk, for many years, and ask us to thank all who donated or bought goods.
