Best Ever 5k Run

The Winston Runners Ladies Race was even more successful than ever this year with over 150 women taking part in the well organised event.

Sponsored by The Authentic Food Company, the 5k race took part in Wythenshawe Park on a beautiful sunny Sunday morning.

Every contestant went away with a wonderful goody bag full of gifts.  Race secretary Sandra Maguire has received many emails thanking the club for their efforts.

Club Treasurer, Bernard Thompstone, said that he was looking forward to seeing how much sponsorship money had been raised for St Ann’s Hospice.
