Volunteers Go GaGa
Dozens of volunteers gave a new lease of life to a Wythenshawe green spot, and will celebrate their achievements by watching singer Lady Gaga at a free concert thanks to a Manchester City Council campaign.

Pounds Off, Pounds In!
Members of the Northenden Slimming World groups, along with their consultant, Sandra Ronaldson who took part in The Manchester Midnight Walk in aid of St Anne’s Hospice, raised over £1,000 between them, and the sponsorship money is still coming in.

A Strawberry Fayre will be held at St Martin’s Church Hall, Bowland Rd on Saturday 4th July from 2-4pm. Admission 2.50 includes Strawberry Cream Tea. Stalls and usual attractions. All welcome.(945 2500 for further information).

A Fun Day
