St.Peter’s Catholic Primary School, Newall Green, is at the forefront of a new government initiative, designed to help children overcome difficulties in maths. Staff at Parkway Green Housing Trust have helped raise £660 for the Haiti Earthquake appeal.
After seeing news coverage of the disaster, workers at the Wythenshawe based Housing Trust raised the money by holding two dress-down days and encouraging staff to make contributions which would be match funded by the trust.
